• A 60-minute action planning session (3x weekly sessions followed by 2 fortnightly sessions)
• Unlimited guidance and support via email and WhatsApp during the course of the program.

• 12-week programme
• A comprehensive Eat Well. Feel Well Food & Wellness Assessment
• A 60-minute action planning session
• 8 x 50-minute online coaching sessions (5 weekly sessions followed by 3 fortnightly sessions)
• Access to easy-to-follow hormone-friendly meal plans
• Coaching workbook including planning tools, goal tracking and habit tracking and reflection pages
• Unlimited guidance and support via email and WhatsApp during the course of the program.
