Coconut & Mango Oats

We’re serving tropical vibess at breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats

  • 2/3 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1/2 Mango Cubed


METHOD

In a saucepan, combine the oats with the coconut milk and chia seeds. Bring to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Divide the oats between bowls and top with mango, cinnamon and coconut flakes and serve.

OPTIONS

More Flavour: Add 1/4 of a banana and/ or a drizzle of honey

Toppings: Top with walnuts, hemp seeds, or pumpkin seeds

More Protein: Stir in a serving of protein powder, or sprinkle with hemp seeds.
